How Horiva handles your data
Horiva is built on a simple principle: your symptom data stays on your device. We cannot see it, we cannot sell it, and we cannot share it — because we do not have it. On-device storage is not a feature toggle; it is the architecture.
What we collect on this site
When you create an account, we collect your email address and optionally your answers to a short survey about your perimenopause tracking situation. We also collect basic analytics about how you found us (UTM parameters, referring page). No health or symptom data is collected through this website.
How we use your email
Your email is used to send a confirmation, occasional product updates, and a one-time survey reminder. We do not sell or share your email with advertisers or third parties. We use Apollo.io for customer relationship management.
Transactional email
We use Resend to deliver transactional emails (confirmation, survey reminder). Your email is processed by Resend's infrastructure.
Analytics
We use privacy-respecting analytics to understand how people find and use this site. No personally identifiable information is shared with analytics providers.
Data removal
To delete your account, email us at hello@horiva.app. We will delete your record within 30 days.
